One service, two moments
When the will is made
A clause in the will and a registration with Custodi. No vault your client has to keep up to date. The testator records consent for an inventory after death, appoints a digital executor and records wishes per category. Nothing is paid in advance for services after death.
After death
An inventory at the executor’s request. The executor proves their authority with a certificate of executorship or of inheritance, and grants one-time, read-only access to the header data of the deceased’s email.
How Custodi Life works for your practice
Your practice opens a dossier and records the executor’s authority. The executor then personally gives consent and one-time, read-only access to the deceased’s mailbox. Custodi reads header data only: sender, subject and date. Messages from individuals and healthcare senders are filtered out before processing.
The report shows the accounts and subscriptions found, signs of activity after death, what needs to happen first, what belongs in the estate inventory, and for each service the route to settle it. The report never shows subject lines.
The executor carries out the steps; Custodi provides the software, the report and the steps per service.
Custodi pays notaries no commission or fee.
