The practice opens a dossier and records the executor’s authority: a certificate of executorship or a certificate of inheritance.
Grant access
The executor grants one-time, read-only access to the deceased’s mailbox, using an app password that Custodi does not store. Consent, the scan and the end of access are logged.
Automated scan
Custodi Life identifies accounts, subscriptions and signs of activity after the date of death. Messages from individuals and healthcare senders are filtered out before processing.
Structured report
The report shows the accounts found, what needs to happen first and, for each service, the route to settle it. The executor carries out the steps.
